Beer in a Box Subscription Terms and Conditions

1. Subscription Payment and Billing

• Payments for subscriptions are due 5 days before each delivery date. Deliveries occur on the 1st or 15th of each month, depending on your signup date.
• The total subscription amount is €99 for the 6-beer pack and €195 for the 12-beer pack, billed in equal installments over 3 months.

2. Delivery Responsibilities

• We use trusted courier services to ensure timely delivery. However, we are not responsible for missed deliveries due to the recipient’s unavailability. Please coordinate directly with the courier in the event of a missed delivery.

3. Refund and Replacement Policy

• No refunds or replacements will be provided for beer that you simply don’t enjoy in taste or style.
• If there are issues with your delivery, such as damaged cans or bottles, please report this within 24 hours of receiving your package to be eligible for a replacement.

4. Changes to Terms and Conditions

• We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions. Subscribers will be notified of any changes at least 30 days in advance.

5. Legal Notice

• By subscribing, you agree to these terms and conditions as outlined and to any updates as communicated.

Condiciones Generales de la Suscripción Beer in a Box

1. Pago de Suscripción y Facturación

• Los pagos de suscripción deben realizarse 5 días antes de cada fecha de entrega. Las entregas se realizan el día 1 o el día 15 de cada mes, según la fecha de su suscripción.
• El monto total de la suscripción es de 99 € para el paquete de 6 cervezas y 195 € para el paquete de 12 cervezas, facturado en cuotas iguales durante 3 meses.

2. Responsabilidad de Entrega

• Utilizamos servicios de mensajería confiables para garantizar la entrega puntual. Sin embargo, no somos responsables por entregas fallidas debido a la no disponibilidad del destinatario. Por favor, coordine directamente con la mensajería en caso de una entrega fallida.

3. Política de Reembolsos y Reemplazos

• No se realizarán reembolsos ni reemplazos de cerveza que simplemente no le guste en sabor o estilo.
• Si hay problemas con su entrega, como latas o botellas dañadas, informe dentro de las 24 horas de recibir su paquete para ser elegible para un reemplazo.

4. Cambios en los Términos y Condiciones

• Nos reservamos el derecho de modificar estos términos y condiciones. Los suscriptores serán notificados de cualquier cambio con al menos 30 días de anticipación.
