D.O Alicante
Alicante is a wine-growing designation of origin in the province of Alicante , Spain . The wine-growing area is divided into two sub-areas: La Marina , on the northern coast of Alicante, and Vinalopó , which extends to the borders with Castilla-La Mancha and the Region of Murcia . It has an area of 14,256 ha and has 50 registered wineries . It obtained the designation of origin qualification in 1932.

The bunches are transported directly to the pneumatic press where a long and smooth pressing is carried out. Fermented with native yeasts in stainless steel tanks and oak barrels to perform an alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature between 16-18ºC. Then this wine has remained 7 months with its fine lees in stainless steel. The result is a complex rosé, but at the same time fine and delicate. It is very fresh in the mouth which allows it to age very well. A wine of which a limited number of numbered bottles will be launched and that will allow you to enjoy a unique product for the most demanding palates.
