Soft, voluminous, broad, meaty, harmonious and structured attack. Rich in nuances, very balanced and with a wide and very long aftertaste.
Born in the foothills of the Moncayo , from strains that are over a century old, this Coto de Hayas has a very clean and powerful fruity and floral aroma and a marked varietal character with light toasted and spicy tones.

Campo de Borja is a protected designation of origin (DO) for wine in Spain since 1977. Its production area is located in the northwest of the province of Zaragoza , in the regions of Campo de Borja , Tarazona and Moncayo . It is made up of 16 municipalities and has an area of 6,270 ha.
