This year we decided to add a bonus stop to the Garage Hop Tour. We brewed three Hazy IPA’s that showcase three of the worlds great hop growing regions but we didn’t think we’d let the West Coast crew down. The beer style that really drove the hop obsession that we all have. This one is a lean, crisp beer that bridges the gap between the OG and newer hop varieties. Amarillo, Simcoe and Chinook three hops that were iconic for the roles they played in many of the classic West Coast IPAs with Mosaic and Citra, two of the main hops that symbolise the current stage of hoppy beer evolution. This mix gives this beer all of the notes anyone could want in a West Coast IPA; Strong grapefruit, orange and passion fruit with pine, grassy and floral edge.
