Nabule Garnacha

Derived from the revered Garnacha grape varietal, carefully nurtured in the sun-drenched vineyards of Aragón, Spain, Nabulé Garnacha embodies the essence of terroir-driven winemaking. Whether savored on its own or paired with savory tapas, grilled meats, or aged cheeses, this exceptional wine promises to elevate any occasion with its undeniable charm and sophistication.

This new wine has been obtained from selected Grenache vineyards, over 50 years old, located between 500 and 600 metres above sea level. The harvest is carried out manually and the technical team carries out thorough ripening controls to determine the optimal time for harvesting.

The production of Nabulé is entirely traditional and the extraction of the must is characterised by gentle pumping over. The wine remains in the tank for 3 months, then is aged in new 500-litre French oak barrels. Our winemakers have carried out periodic tastings to determine the optimum moment for bottling, so the time spent in the barrel has been 8 months.

Campo de Borja

Campo de Borja is a protected designation of origin (DO) for wine in Spain since 1977. Its production area is located in the northwest of the province of Zaragoza , in the regions of Campo de Borja , Tarazona and Moncayo . It is made up of 16 municipalities and has an area of ​​6,270 ha.​
