Dark Nights - 6% milk stout with malts including chocolate, light chocolate, biscuit, aromatic as a base before adding cacao nibs in the mash tun, the kettle and the fermenters. Vanilla beans and lactose added to balanced out the bitterness from the chocolate nibs.
